Emma Saunders
Emma Saunders (BSc Hons) completed a degree in Occupational Therapy in 2018 at Canterbury Christ Church University. Since then she has concentrated her career development around working with autistic adults as well as within adult mental health community services. Emma initially worked for the Autistic Spectrum Conditions Team at Kent County Council prior to spending time with the South Kent Coast Mental Health Social Care Team before starting her work with KAMCAS. Emma is interested in the development of the future Occupational Therapy workforce and is a registered Practice Educator. She has a particular interest in sensory differences as well as how they impact the lives of autistic people and plans to develop her own career by becoming an MSc Sensory Integration Advanced Practitioner. Emma is enrolled to begin this academic journey from September 2023
